feels like every 2 minutes it logs me out over the last few days. customer service cant explain it. is this a me problem or a 5dimes problem?

in my case iam 100% sure its on there end ,and it happend at worst time of my life 2day at 445pm cas my new g/f's uncle came over to see odds and how i bet and stuff cas he wants bet tho me on bb w/s , give me the $ and i put in my acc: tho my c/c or he open a acc. but he saw the trouble i was havin just tryin get in a small $ parlay for 2night so he just set and snickerd at me and said hed think about it and left - yea took his money with him to. now he tells her iam a kid and a fool if i was gone think he'd give me his $ to play there so what hell i do now. hell i no iam a 50y/o kid and i love it but no way iam a fool or am i ?Comment -
