Pinnacle Lock Out?

Any body having issues of getting locked out of Pinnacle for like 5-10 minutes at a time? Seems like if you click on too many pages too fast, they block you for 5-10 minutes then let you back.

This is a recent change, it has not acted like this in several years that I have been there.

Noticed it as well, Joe. Not so much last night, but the few days previous. As a result, I just try to stay on their dynamic lines but those usually freeze up after a few minutes as well. Anyway, from what I've read in a few other threads, it's not happening with everybody so I assume it's either a general area or IP specific.....

I figure they are profiling a player with quick page loading activity, then blocking the IP for like 5-10 min. Interesting that dynamic updates is even doing it to you.

If they would just put all their buy/sell points options in their XML feed....

I don't do that much page loading and very rarely turn on dynamic lines but I've had numerous drop outs since last week's "upgrade". God knows what they did but I've seen no improvements but a lot of instability since then.

I had the same thing yesterday. Thought that their website was down, but maybe they were just blocking me...

I'm pretty sure their website has just been down intermittently. I don't click on pages all that quickly and I had various problems on Wednesday accessing pages.

FWIW, I had no issues yesterday at all for the first time in a while, and was on the site pretty much all day.....

It happens to me off and on for a while now. Just send an email and it gets fixed. Pretty frustrating at the time though

I have been having this problem all week. I emailed pinnacle to see if there are any problems. Seems that I get logged out about 10 times a night though the amount of time it takes to get back in isn't that long it is still a pain

This behavior has been going on for a week now. it's like they are choking the pipeline if you try to refresh 3 or more sports "too often" they shut you out. for abt 5 minutes or so then let u back in. doesn't matter what they say they are doing, it is for sure on purpose, but for the life of me i can't figure out what they are trying to achieve with this. piss off your customers for no good reason?

How has it been for you guys the last couple of days?I'm still getting blocked out alot after even emailing the customer service about it. I've checked the site using a different internet connection and it works while mine is down so its pretty obvious what they are doing

It has also happened several times to me. They must have changed their system. Earlier they blocked my ip, which could happen up to 4 times in a day. Now they just temporarily block it for 5 minutes.

Sometimes I´m logged out after 1 minute, sometimes I`m not logged out after 1 hour

I had the same problems last week. The website was not accessible for about 3 minutes. I had this problem several times a day. Sometimes it happened when I was placing a bet. I didn't get the confirmation page. That can't be their intention to prevent customers from placing bets at their website. That must be a problem of their system. I also know the problem to get locked out unexpected. But I think this problem is much older.

I know it seems to do no good to complain to Pinny abt software issues, but they always respond to me that "no one else is experiencing these problems" so.......

I advise everyone who is seeing this problem to complain and just maybe if it is unintentional they will have some tech guy look into it.

I've emailed them about the problem and they said that everything is fine on their site. Last night I tried to live bet using just the dynamic lines WITHOUT ever hitting refresh and allowing the lines to update themselves for the live football betting and I didn't have any dropout problems. However earlier in the day when I tried to refresh the dynamic lines myself I got kicked out a couple times. Each time was for a min or two. It just seems like a hassle because the dynamic lines refresh so slowly

I can confirm that pinnacle is down every 2 hours for european players for 4 minutes or so. I don´t know what this means.

I also don´t know what it means that SBR don´t allow you free speach and cancelled every post thes don´t like.
