5Dimes reactiving the Casino without my consent?

Has this happened to anyone before? A while back I requested EVERYTHING EXCEPT for the Sportsbook to be disabled. A month or so later, it's back up. I call Customer Service. I have it disabled again. A month or so later, it's back up. I call Customer Service. I have it disabled again. A month or so later, it's back up. I call Customer Service. I have it disabled again. That was not a typo. I had to call and do this 4 times now. The last time (today) I was met with some curt "service" in both chat and on the phone. Of course, this could be a result of my own curtness due to my extremely annoyed state. I like 5dimes but this deja-vu cat and mouse game is ridiculous and I'd rather play at a book that doesn't f*ck with my account for any reason. So, who else has this happened to?

It's as much a security issue as a control one. Much easier to get screwed in a casino than a sportsbook if your account gets hacked (as long as you check it fairly regularly).

Right. See the issues with BetPhoenix's casino where they had 6 months of password security issues and hackers were playing blackjack and hitting on 20 and things like that.

@ sideloaded, thanks for the douchebag reply. It's not an issue of whether or not I can control my casino urges. It's a customer service issue. Why should I have to call 4 times to get something done right? They have de-activated it then re-activated it at their own whim, without consulting the owner of the account (me).

mine keeps coming back as well. i wish all books were like pinnacle (don't know if pinnacle still does it), but they would cut off your casino and you could never get it back, it was gone for life

5dimes seems to stoop as low as they can to get the cash;; all casinos rob u blind;; ban all casino play ;;;;;; if u fail to do this then close the acct.
