Just contacted UPS with tracking number, they stated to me that you have only sent billling information thus far and not package/check.

We get the tracking number from the processing unit which determines shipment. In most cases the envelope is actually delivered before we get the number. I am seeing it shipped/billed as of the 25th.

Just contacted UPS and they stated that you have ONLY done the billing for the label............and that the package has not even been delivered to them.

Been 14 days and counting since payout was requested.

Why would BP lie about this?
They have posted all the known info they have about this problem, look's to me?

The US mail service is well known for delays!
BP has given this information above. What else can you expect if they are completely honest?
And, their reputation is at stake here!

They are a major book! Do you really think they want to keep Fish'es "small amount?"

The whole picture looks absurd to me!

Potential players should not listen to disgruntled bettors, unless the proof is in the pudding?

And, no, I am not an agent of BP. I like to fairness for the bettor as well as the Book!

CS will tell you you can only make one request per week, and you can't make a second one until the first is processed.

I can only manage maybe two/month, so my mid 5 figure balance taking forever.

If OP has 6figs+ he is looking at well over a year. Slow pay ITT.

I noticed all the good bonuses (100% fp, 50% cash) are long gone recently from the betphx family of books. Now they just offer 30% fp which is crap. They must be hurting pretty bad and will avoid them in the future.

From my point of view that is actually a good thing. It means that they believe that they have built up their client base and that they can make good business without the crazy bonuses. I do not think any sportsbook can survive with reduced juice and huge bonuses. Even Pinnacle lost their signup bonus (which was "only" 10% cash and not the 30% freeplay crap) but I do not recall any problems with them. I would be more worried if they increased bonuses to 150 % or something like that.
I, however, do not play there for my own reasons explained in a certain thread here on SBR but just wanted to state that from my point of view lowering of bonuses probably does not mean anything bad

BetPhoenix offers 5ct. lines on almost "all' games, don't they?
5Dimes will lock you into a program where you cannot buy points. [To me, that's a major harm for a bettor]

BP owes the eog forum.you want to shake things up ,start a thread there.One of there Mods claims to be good friends with the owner.

My only payout from them was $2500 .They charged me $100 for the payout,it took around a week.
On a good note money orders DON'T bounce,and after the payout the phone calls stopped

Many bettors do not like limits being cut to $500 and/or taking over 10 days to get paid.........not when other books have higher limits and pay much faster.
