They do not allow it. I have asked specifically a few times and brought it up on forums.

They are the only book I use that will not allow me USD. They need to catch up to the industry in this regard.

You Canadian fools. The Canadian is near parity. Also if you are a Canadian, why would you play in USD? You fund with a CC and they charge you in USD that means you pay an exchange rate, you fools.
