Used to be ok, currently would avoid. Boots anyone with a winning record, pulled bonus from me after I confirmed I was eligible and sent money, no reason just a sorry, nothing personal we just don't like you response from the manager (who is a real piece of crap from my experience).
If you win, you will likely get paid and told to scram. Don't be suprised if they double cross on a bonus offer either. Too many huge offers out there with simply unrealistic RO.Comment -

I agree, solid. Very good and fast on payouts, good on customer service, loyalty program, and they take credit cards. The only gripe I have with them is that they don't post football lines until Tuesday afternoon, which makes me go to Bookmaker to get early action. But that would be my only complaint.Comment -

They accept people from all over the world, but don't expect a whole lot of VIP treatment if you are not american. By this I mean no free merchandise and the biggest bonuses. It is a matter of cost cutting (shipping!) and because they realize what kind of people they would be dealing with if they offered the great bonuses to non-us people. If you are lucky then they may grant you the 10% automatic reloads eventually after they have reviewed your plays/account.. That link you gave is probably a link to an old promotion though? It is an ongoing thing, but it will only be given for two teams for each sport. So you can choose two nfl teams, two ncaaf teams, two nba teams and two ncaab teams. You get a free full point on college football, free half point on nfl and nba. I can't remember if you get a free full or half point on ncaa basketball.
You can't change your teams after you have made your choice.Comment -
