complaint 5D wager not paid

I'm not a lying degenerate gambler whining about how things are unfair. I have played in 5dimes before and never had incident over playing and not being paid if i won.

So im playing baccarat in live casino. betting 25-100 hand. bet 75 bank lose. bet 100 bank win. bet 250 bank and banker wins, but my 250 is refunded, but winnings are not paid. I placed the bet with 10 seconds left on timer to place bet. bar said "bet confirmed." balance went from 866 down to 616. chips sat on Banker portion of my table entire duration of hand. bank wins, chips leave banker spot, hand is over. balance back to 866. umm should add 250 - 5% commision = 12.50, so should have 238.50. my winnings are not paid. I message supervisor. they said last bet i made was 100 on bank and have no recollection of 250 bet on following hand. i go to lobby and history has no record of it either. Well, i placed bet WELL with plenty time to spare, balance dropped 866 to 616 during course of hand. chips were on banker entire hand. chips refunded when banker wins. winnings not paid. This is very strange as 5Dimes is normaly a very good book.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

250 isn't going to make me or break me i have over 5k in my account. but it pisses me off that they think they can do this.

a couple years back i had an issue with an offshore acct when i was playing blackjack. 3 hands in a row it took my money and kicked me out of the room. when i complained nothing was done for me. they ended up closing my acct and i still had 700 in my acct. offshore bastards. good luck with this and i hope that you get what is yours.

Had the SAME exact thing happen to me but I was playing 5-100 a spin Roulette. Made a 100 bet on Red. Red won and not only did I not get paid my winnings, But out of nowhere I had 0 in my live casino balance. I quickly asked for the superviser and he told me that my casino balance AND the winnings were transfered to my sportsbook balance. I go to check on my balance and ALL I see is the money I had in there to begin with NOT the $300 plus the $100 that I won added to my account. I wouldnt play the 5Dimes casino. The only LIVE game I like is BetPhoenix.

Online casinos are rigged. There is no way to prove it but anyone who's played there has seen streaks that just wouldn't happen in real life. Stay away.

Uh...no. It's a real casino and people lose at casinos. The reason you think there are steaks you don't see at land bases casinos is because it goes much much faster. You also see winning streaks you don't see at regular casinos.
