5 Dimes request

I just opened a 5dimes account a few weeks ago and made two deposits. Now I have requested a withdrawal and they canceled it and requested all kinds of documents faxed to them. I have heard GREAT things throughout the years on this sight about the reputation of this book. Is this request standard procedure?
