Anyone Having Trouble With Bodog Payout/Verification?

Hey everyone,

I've used Bodog for almost 5 years, never had an issue. Used a new card to deposit recently and have to go through, again, all their verification bullshit. I did it by copying it all and faxing everything...twice. The first time it was "too dark" to verify the number on the card. The second time it was "too light/washed out" to verify the number on the card. I get the feeling they are just jerking me around to keep from paying out all of $400 for as long as possible.

I have now sent it a third time. Any insight as to what to do when it comes back 'denied' as "too __________"?

I had to send it a couple of times too. If you have a scanner try scanning it and e-mailing it to them.

That's what I did this third time. Hopefully my scanner isn't too dark...

I am getting the payout and closing my Bodog account...not gonna put up with this shit to get a payout from them when I've been using them, depositing and paying out for five years without one returned deposit or complaint made. Just because I decide to use a new card (not even a new account, just a new card because the prior one expired), I have to go through all of this.
