so right now my status is i have a bunch of bets i made for today including a tennis wager this morning. i wont the tennis wager and would like to make a withdrawal because you get one free withdrawal on mondays 9am to 1pm EST. im waiting for my wager to get graded and i ask customer service if they could grade it and they say the book is doing their close and wont grade my wager for a couple of hours!! which will make it past the 1pm EST.

so they want me to pay the fee for them not being able to grade my wager. think this is bullshit. why do ur close at 10am EST when there are games. right now the rest of my money is tied up in some hockey, parlays, CFL.

i put a big chunk of money on the tennis match and they wont grade it for bascially 4 hours and i can only do 1 rolling if bet per wager.

think this is stupid

how am i supposed to do the sportsbook does a close on mondays, at the exact time they do free withdrawals.

problem solved. tried solving it through livehelp first and they couldnt do anything. call them up and they get the problem solved.


first ever problem with 5dimes in over 3 years. great book.
