anyone trasnfer $ FROM matchbook recently?

its been 5 hours and they are telling me it may take 24 hours for this transfer. i never had it this slow with them before but have not transferred from them in a few months. is this normal? not an unusally large amount either. no rush really but there website says "Funds are transferred almost instantly". they tell me on live chat 24 hours is almost instantly. i disagree but what do i know.

thats about the time i thought it would take. adding to the frustration is they have not acknowledged my email to them requesting the transfer saying it would take so long. its just bad service as usual from them.
