More Omega Problems
On a Sunday of all days.
Deposited $150 thru Western Union, no problems, got the MTCN and put it into the Omega site at 12:20pm EST hoping to get the funds before the early games started. At half time I check, still "in process". I get on the live chat with Omega, they tell me they can't pick up the funds, that ** is not releasing them. I call **, the rep tells me there are absolutely no issues with that transfer and that it is available for pick-up by the receiver. I get back on the chat with Omega, they tell me they'll try to pick them up again, but can't do anything about it if ** won't release them.
But I've already been told by a ** rep that there are zero problems with picking up the funds. I'm still "in process" 30 minutes after all this took place.
Why doesn't Omega just tell you they are having problems with their systems or whatever the real problem is, instead of blaming it on ** not releasing funds?
