BetUS Can Not pay
Long time reader, first time poster
Deposited 1000.00 with BetUs for Super Bowl, won a parlay on the game for 2500.00 still can not get the funds. Have spoken to everyone there including a "Robert xxxxx C.O.O and Mike xxxxx C.M.O. They continue to tell me the only way they can make a payout is by an *************** to my bank. I was told that ** and ********** are not an option, and The checks they have recently sent out bounced, because they sent them from the "wrong" account.
I was told an *************** will take 10 days. When I call after 10 days they say there bank was closed, "please wait 10 more days" this has gone on since the superbowl. When I asked how could I deposit more, they said "no problem, we can always take money in, just can not send it out".After my last inquiry with them, the Supervisor said because of all of their charge backs, any withdrawals from CC deposits will be held a mininum of 6 months. I talked to some of there regular customer service reps in Canada, and they told me that this is their last week there, and than operations will be moved.
Does anyone know what my next step should be, and a fair warning to any others about these scam artists.
