Matchbook funds disappear for 10 min
Hey guys - had the weirdest thing happen on MB today. I open up my account and it said I had $0.00 in my account when I knew there was over 2k. I looked up reports and it still had memory of college football wagers I had placed during the week, but still there was $0.00 funds in the account after looking at previously placed wagers. I called customer service, which didn't open for another 30 min this morning. I started to freak out for a few minutes and then about 10 min total after opening up my account, the funds magically re-appeared. Has this ever happened to you guys? Any ideas why or how this could happen? I'm afraid I'd be totally screwed if the funds hadn't spontaneously reappeared and tried to explain there should be multiple thousand in there.
