Wagerchief free half-point policy is now a farce

I dont punish players that win never have everyone has always gotten the best treatment from me and I have done my best to pay them ASAP , but I have also been in the business long enough that if you dont apply some restrictions on certain bettors in the end you will find yourself in a bad situation.

Guys I am always a PM away and will always work with you just contact me and I will be more than fair.

You cap payments at 4K per week and take forever to process to boot. That isn't the least bit fair to the people you change the rules on after the fact.

Would like to share my experiences with Wagerchief-

Deposited around 6K at the start of football season for the free half point and the bonus. Have lost around half of that and redeposited 4k as my account manager Jason gave me the same bonus. I use the half point because it is fun and gives me a little peace of mind to get an extra half point. Yesterday, they took away my free half point and said I was betting line moves, which I dont even know what those are but I am pretty sure I am not doing that, considering I place all my bets at one time and just bet on teams I think will win or cover the spread.

Anyways, I contacted them and they gave it back to me, which is nice, but the half point never works, you always have to call them or live chat them to get it to work.

As for the change in rules, all people who deposited before should be allowed to play under the rules they were promised when they deposited and the free half point should be honored, otherwise it is a blatant bait and switch.

Well, it looks like Wagerchief has changed their policy regarding the highly publicized 'free half point".

The prior policy stated that it was valid only on Mondays and Fridays, and was not applicable on/off of lines of 3 or 7.

Here is the new policy:

• Valid for straight wagers placed over the Internet only. Sides and Totals.
• Maximum wager $500.
• Valid Tuesday’s and Friday’s.
• Does not apply to moving the line on or off the numbers 3, 7, 10, 14, 17, 21, 24, and 28 in football.
• Not valid when buying points.

The half point is now virtually worthless.

Why dont they just say 'it is valid only in situations where it does not help the player'

I have experienced everything you have and couldn't agree more. I'm not playing steam moves--simply playing off key numbers on the teams I like. If they are going to water down the promo or worse, take it away altogether, then they should waive the remaining rollover or convert your account to the 105 lines. Otherwise they are attracting clients fraudulently IMO.

Well I keep saying it . 50% to 60 % reload bonuses , or cash bonuses , free half point . Now I dont have a problem offering anyone all of these things if they are betting their own stuff. BUT If you take the free half point play a line that is heavily steamed and do this every weekend I have to apply some risk management in order to stay in business now I know most of you see it as a personal attack to your account but its not its just part of the business when you offer so much ammo to clients sometimes you need to take a step back and treat some accounts different, if you constantly bet the right number you dont need the free half point. Fair enough, makes sense to me. I got nothing but good things to say about WC and have no problems with that and I always talk about your book in the highest regards because of the great CS I have received from Shawn and others that work for you, the free 1/2 point, other great promos, and the 1 free payout per month for being an SBR member but the only complaint I have is that at some points it takes way to long for wagers to be graded. A few weeks back I had a couple wagers that were completed 3+ hours and they still were not graded, some even on weekdays and at times when it should have been a downtime for the site; odd hours of the morning. I can see how this can happen on a busy weekend with a lot of traffic but this is not fun for a player who gets shut out at the window for the next round of games on a college foots Sat or an NFL Sun and this can't have a positive impact on the business side either I would think because your losing business by missing out on those potential bets. Since this seems like it will continue with slow grades, is there any way to add the option of "rolling if bets" so players can use funds that are tied up in wagers?

it is decieving to advertsise free half point on your home page and then list under terms and conditions that it doesnt apply to so many numbers. its one thing for 3/7 to be under terms but i think you should put on the homepage in big letter your terms of 3, 7, 10, 14, 17, 21, 24, and 28 in football. this way nobody gets tricked.
