Bestbet (Oddsmatrix) frozen bonus

I got a 100 % bonus on the 27th of aug at Bestbet. Deposit and bonus had to be turned over 10 times. Then the 7th of sep, after winning a few bets I couldn't bet anymore. The support is the worst in the history, why they even bother to have one I dont know.

So I've been waiting for over 20 days and I don't even know what wrong, and its getting rather ridiculous to see the "support" stalling me and saying the word wait way too many times. They say they are waiting for an answer by their managers at Oddsmatrix. But of course it doesn't take 4 weeks to locate an account problem.

Any advice on what I should do?

what kind of 100% bonus? ,they have 40usd free bet on first deposit,i made withdraw of 40usd to moneybookers in 24h but seems like they had tehnical problems with payment on their website few days ago

After that free bet, I withdrew that winnings and everything seemed fine. Then I got a 100 % deposit bonus in a mail maybe 2 weeks after. And the problem is that I cant bet with my bonus saldo, and they won't fix the problem... I think 4 weeks is too long to be waiting. Worst thing is that the support said last week was a deadline, and then this week its "wait" again.

maybe they dont like if you win too much bets so they want you to withdraw the money or they have tehnical problems anyway you can write complaint to The Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA)
