    I'm about to quit using BetJam for good if they dont quit pretending to have livechat
    Seriously... I don't think I've been able to access a representative one single time in the 3 years I've had an account there. Yes, I know their are phones, but if I'm forced to talk with incompetence, I'd at least like a written record of it. All I want to do is send them money. I suppose they can't care too much about one lost customer, but I'd expect better from an A book. And that's not even to mention the auto-reply e-mails I get when I send any question whatsoever... none of which ever address the question(s) I'd asked. By no means should it cause me this much stress.



    Sorry for the rant guys.

      My experiences with Betjam live chat are along the same lines.

          Great baseball lines, absolutely terrible and slow live chat. Don't even bother, just go online or call
