Best way to withdraw from Carib to US?

I want to withdraw some and deposit into my checking account. Are their checks easily cashed in US banks?

I also need to transfer some into Matchbook and can't figure out an easy way to do it. Any suggestions?

It looks like using Moneybookers is not an option in either case.
