I gotta tell you guys I made another deposit and the clerk only gave me 20% bonus versus the 100% prior and Alex stepped in and made it right. The book is on their way back up the ladder. Alex is a top notch manager and Clark and Will are awesome at their job in CS but everynow and then you get a numbskull on the phone.
