Pinnacle's Interface Needs Improvement

I recently opened an account with Pinnacle and like the low juice but their interface takes ALOT of getting used to. To place bets on multiple games is a little different. (Compared to other books) and to place a parlay or teaser, it seems backwards in my opinion. The overall layout and the amount of clicking and scrolling can be better.

Has any book ever completely revamped their interface?? Pinnacle should think about this and put in a little money into redo-ing their software.

I just got to get used to it but what are other opinions out there of their interface??

at beginning i had the same feeling.
but you get used to it in a matter of days, and it its simplicity is also very practical.

I will give you a small example today.

Today, Saturday I wanted to play a NFL Parlay on two games for Sunday. It wont let me.


Then

I wanted to play a teaser with a Saturday NCAAF game and a Sunday NFL game, it wont let me.

I have to wait until Sunday to parlay or tease NFL games?????

This is really not that big of a deal, I can live with it. But it does not make sense to me.

Sorry the above is wrong I just tried it and it works, but this morning it did not show the NFL games. Must have been a glitch. My bad - Im sorry

I wouldn't mind if they added a mobile interface like the DSI/Bookmaker. The interface in general is okay, I would prefer if you were be able to flag certain sports to show on the main page automatically, but I've never seen any other book's interface have that function.

Sure there are some improvements they can make, but anyone complaining about Pinny should feel lucky he isn't in the US.

3 years later... pinnacle .. has it changed?
while I love the odds... have bad luck with them.. and there interface has cost me more than the savings from great odds.

Bet365 had the nicest interface.
And its not like Pinnacle isn't trying. .they have the new "asian view" ... which sucks bad. The site seems so third world it makes me want to join Intertops.

There are only few Things, that have to be changed. The distriction between the games, if there are more games offered for a league. There is no big line or a colour sontrast between the games and if there are more spreads are offered (especially at Basketball), the user can make a mistake by clicking the wrong game. I don`t Need the graphical folderol. The other stuff is distracting from betting
