You're correct it is a flash cookie and can be found in your flash file but some sites especially Poker sites will deny you access if you block it, I know Full Tilt use to and Ultimate Bet denies access if blocked.

Site is a real pain at the moment, I placed a bet on NFL and could have sworn it was accepted ok, wasnt out of line, but was disconnected when I went to check, then when I finally got logged back on there was no bet and activity showing.

What ever the problem is, I wish they would sort it out.

I think it happened on a couple of games yesterday, too ... not all day, just for an hour or so.

I have deposited my last dime here. This book could be special. They have all of the right things, and they blow it with crappy software, unreliable servers, and a molasses network. Until this changes, I will not send another dime.

Saturdays and Sundays for the past two weeks I can place a bet at best 50% of the time. Once you're lucky enough to get to the sportsbook you have to hope it doesn't log you out when you choose your bet or freeze up when it is trying to refresh. Last Sunday I pressed to confirm my bet on the Jets but it froze and didn't show a confirmation. I hit confirmation again and it finally accepted. A few minutes later it showed I had 2 identical bets. I called and asked about a minute into the game if they would cancel one of the bets and they did which ended up costing me.
The website is ok, the customer service is great, but the site speed and reliability is awful. If you got a free play with ur deposit but haven't played any of it yet I wonder if you can just cancel the free play so you can withdraw your funds?

The sight was better this weekend then last but thats not saying much.

The sad thing is everyone who uses there site saw this coming. Everyone knew there was no way there site would hold up during football season when it was getting messed up on wednesday nights in august. How they did not see this coming is beyond comprehension and speaks very badly of them.

No updates here in a few dates. I've been waiting with a deposit until their techs had worked things out. Are things better now? (I think SBR would have reported on this in the past, but I must have missed their updates on these issues this time).
