I am well aware he told me over the phone that only the player had to play. He knew my account wasn't playing because he asked for my account # and password when we spoke so he saw my account up on his computer screen. He was not just writing down my # and pass on a peice of a paper.

He could of Handled the situation better by telling me he will honor the bonus this time, or tell me he will give me another 30 days to get my account active, Or admit he made a mistake. Being down over 5 figures never taking one bonuses or reload bonus from them, You think he would handle this situation differently.
