DSI trying to screw me out of my FP
I signed up w. DSI b/c of BTP...what a mistake. They offered 100% match of my $300 deposit. I asked them the FP amount (they said $300), roll over (they said 20x), and confirmed the play-through (they said $6000).

I called to confirm my deposit, done. They said i'd have to call back to ask for my bonus. Fine. I called back (within 24hr window of the deposit), they confirmed. I asked again about the $300, 20x, $6000...they said yes.

I check my account and $100 FP is in there. I thought maybe they'd give at a time, who knows. I go through the FAQ and nothing is listed. I called to inquire and I am greeted with a rep that kept confusing herself with simple math. I then talk to a supervisor who listens and says that both reps made an error, and she knows it is a problem. She said i'd have to call back tomorrow and explain everything to a dayshift manager.

Even before all this it was amateur hour as when I called for the ** info it took the rep 20+ min to find the info.

Why is SBR associating with such a shotty book? BTP and SBR members deserve better. I've rarely had problems w. My other books: 5dimes, Mansion, thegreek, etc.

Ps. I know it is only $200, but I can do something with that.

The 100% offer is only upto $100....anything deposited higher than that wont be matched. They have 50% and 25% bonuses as well...make use of those. DSI is a legit book...they are operated by Bookmaker.

I don't care who they're operated by.They pulled that shit on me on the 50% bonus as well as others here. They had some clown come on here and admit to their mistake and when asked how to rectify it,he disapears. One and done with these boys.

The maximum bonus payable as part of this promotion is $100 regardless of the deposit amount.
The 100% bonus is in the form of a free play.

Did you read the promo page?

CS clerks are often clueless. Go with what is in writing.

              Thanks.

I was down at a bar getting ready for the UF game. I asked them their bonus options and they gave me them. I asked all of the numbers (as stated above), double checked, and then did it.

The epilogue to all of this is they gave me the full bonus. It took another 2 phone calls (they asked I call back after the 1pm kickoffs), but they gave it to me, begrudgingly. I'm up a few hundred so far at the casino, so hopefully I can run that up and cash out that too.

I hope DSI does the right thing and doesn't hassle me when I cash out. Up $5k+ tonight in the casino. The sarcastic, "Good luck with that [$6k] roll over" from the rep was actually good luck.

I've been betting the max amount for BJ all night ($250/hand), so I'm sure I hit it already.

Be sure to check how much the rollover is if you bet via the casino. If that's eligible, it can be considerably higher.

It looks like it is the sportsbook only. They told me that I cannot withdraw any money until I meet all rollover req. I thought I could forfeit the FP and get my money. Hmm...

I'm a bit fuzzy if I can pull my casino winnings out. I'm probably down $350-$400 on sports, but up $6700 or so in the casino (blackjack, capped at $250/hand...boo!). Any idea if I can pull out my casino winnings and just leave my sports money in? Or is it all one pot and I'm stuck with my rollover before touch *any* money. I am only through 10% of my rollover because of the strict requirements. I play a lot of Q's and Halfs, which I think they don't count. Full game ATS is going to take all season.
