I have heard time and time again negative comments, posts and threads about 5dimes customer service. Also about how Tony is such a bad guy. Speaking from my experience with the customer service. It has been nothing but top notch A+ service. Kind curteoous and respectful. Whenever I have a question it's answered. If I have a problem. It get solved. I just wanted to share my experience and say props to 5dimes. The most betting options. Quick payouts and as far as I am concerned good customer service. I hope this continues to be my experience. Also I would like to add that in no way was I put up to this or am I being compensated in any way. Just wanted to share. Keep up the good work 5dimes.

Never had a probelm with their CS either. I dealt with the infamous Tony once, and had no problems whatsoever. He was a little brief and didn't have a whole lot to say, but I wasn't lookin' to date the guy. Took care of business and done.

Awesome wagering options,lightning fast payouts but Tony is an a$$hole from the word go. Service is good there 80% of the time. Always good when you are wagering but when you need something it vanishes.

I find 5Dimes to be one of the better sports books around. CS is spotty at all of them.

5dimes customer service on the live chats is excellent, whatever question you have they will help you , i had a payout rejected by email, then i contacted live chat and they transferred into my wallet on the spot

CS on Live chat is one of the best. CS over the phone is one of the worst IMO. Use Live chat when you can.

Well my money was there in less than 12 hours. Customer service has been excellent in my experience so far.
