They graded my play on Auburn correctly but when i asked for a payout via ** this morning, they told me that because i made a play on that game last night, that my payout would be delayed 24 hours due to grading problems...

mine still has not been corrected. I had a teaser with auburn +3.5 and they graded that as a loss. It's been well over 12 hours and it still hasn't been correct. Contacted them 3 times too.

Def a mistake in grading. I believe a number of players also had the same issue on this game. Im sure it will be corrected

now it no longer says 'loss", now it says "pending". Hopefully this means they are fixing it.

All misgrades should be fixed. We spoke to 5Dimes who confirmed that a freak software error with ASI caused thousands of wagers to require manual adjustment.
