Golf tourney matchups

Heys guys, i havent bet golf too much, i bet a tourney match up this week on the european tour. A question lets say my guy makes the cut with a even par score. The guy im against misses the cut with a plus 2. Then my guy blows up the next 2 rounds and finishes with a plus 4 for the tourney. Do i win the matchup because the other guy missed the cut, or do i lose cause i finished with a plus 4.

Yep, you win. Most books will have a rule that says that both players must play 36 holes for the bet to stand. This situation is obviously covered by that - player A plays 36 holes and is cut; player B plays all 72, so wins by making the cut, regardless of how his last 2 rounds go.
