I'm willing to deposit on two other offshores in between the end of baseball regular season and the start of hockey/basketball season, I was wondering which books have the best lines, with exception from Pinnacle, of course.

Matchbook most certainly would have the best odds most of the time (better than Pinnacle) but for singles only
