All credit cards are hit and miss these days, however I here are a couple of books that do accept them at this time.

Youwager accepts them and Bookmaker takes them as well. But when you used your gift card at [iSBRFORUM]Bookmaker[/iSBRFORUM] you have to call there credit card department at there toll free number so they can process it for you.
