hi,

my name is jamie cundy, i recently joined bwin and deposited 7 GBP as it was my first time at online betting, i got lucky and soon had 28 GBP in my account so i requested 20 GBP to be sent back to my bank.
bwin then asked mt to send a copy of some i.d so i sent a copy of my driving licence, during the time it took to verify my i.d i won another 16 GBP.

today (06/09/2010) i received an email at 09:59 reading;

Dear Mr cundy,

The copy of the government issued ID you provided has been approved.

Please do not reply to this e-mail address. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team via the contact page.

so i logged on to my bwin account at 16:00 on the 06/09/2010 and it says my account has been disabled.

the transaction of the out-payment has still not been sent to my bank.

as i have the email proving my i.d has been accepted and the same day my account has been disabled do you think i have a chance of either collecting my winnings or re-opening my account.

If they approved your ID then I am sure it will get taken care of. Bwin is major bookie and there is no way they are gonna take a shot of you over over £20.

Maybe the security dept. that approved your id made a mistake and forgot to activate your account again after they approved the documents. I am sure if you send an e-mail explaning that your account is disabled following the approval, that they will open it again for you.
