100% cash bonus if it's at 5 dimes or a similar 'safe' book.

In the long run, the reduced juice would probably be the better option.

I believe the reduced juice has reduced limits which could be a hassle for ya, just depends. I am all for reduced juice, however I don't like that they start limiting you and who knows where that could lead, so I would personally just take the cash bonus.

10x rolleover 100% cash bonus

Let's make a simple calculation :
You take the cash bonus, bet 10x your 100$, and win 5x at -110 => +54$
You take the reduced juice, bet 10x your 100$ at -105, and win 5x => -24$
The same calculation, with 50 bets at -110 and -105 will give : -127$ and -119$
The same calculation, with 100 bets at -110 and -105 will give : -355$ and -238$
Obviously, if you win more than 50% of your bets at -110 or -105, your final balance will be much better in either case.
Conclusion : take the reduced juice if you bet a lot, otherwise the cash bonus might be significantly better.
