I got a $200 V I S A gift(red) at stop and shop today and it doesn't work at bodog. I got one a few weeks ago and it worked. Tried Intertops, Bodog, Diamond and all declined it.Comment -

YOU must purchase a pre-paid INTERNATIONAL USE card. These are not declined by the processors that the books use. Regular cards are often declined but ones that say for international use are never declined. The card companies are well aware of people attempting to do an "end around" (gaming etc.) and do not want the govt bothering them. Also, transactions to these exotic places are a red flag for credit card fraud....this alone can cause the transaction to be denied. These international use cards are a little harder to find....but they work and can be reloaded via **. This info was given to me by a US Postal Inspector. They are experts in financial/credit card/off shore banking/domestic banking etc etc fraud and related criminal matters. BOLComment -
best bet is use the other method at betjam and purchase with your prepaid card then deposit there. thats what i didComment -
VC Gift Cards are kaput. I emailed VC and this is what they said.

Please accept our apology. As a result of a new federal gift card regulations, beginning 8/17/2010, Your card program can no longer offer international use for this card. Your card can continue to be used at any of the millions of locations within the United States that accept VC cards. International usage will not be allowed for any US issued cards, even if you have a card that was used internationally. They will no longer work outside of the US.
