#38If I was to get to the level of 50k on a game ( i dunno you can) I would 100% want to bet that on credit. Yes getting stiffed is possible, but the chance of getting robbed is far less then having to bring cash somewhere to put down on the bet. If you were to bet 1 game a day at 50k, the logistics of moving that money is a huge pain and could make the overall EV less.Comment -

It's like you're telling us you go to a casino to place a bet down and you want to play on credit. They'll tell you to get your 50K first then come back and buy a ticket. You don't buy ticket, you don't get to bet. It's that simple. It's just like buying chips.
And I DOUBT you can even bet $1000 a game. Talking about 50K a game, hahaha. Yea right! In what? Pesos? LOL!

#42Jarbo is an idiot.
Everyone of his A rated books offers credit (if not every it's pretty damn close)
I'd guess almost all of them do more biz on credit than post up.
I suppose the whole credit thing is on a need to know basis (you earn it) and Jarbo clearly is not on the list.Comment -

#47For the people that think local credit shop books don't get stiff, yea right! There's a few I know that had to disappear from this business forever because they were trying to be bookies and they failed miserably. Couple of them got busted by law enforcers because they threat their stiff customers for not paying up.
Again, bottom line is "A" rated offshore post up books are always a better choice over the local wannabe bookies running a credit shop. Anyone that refuse to post up are stiffs and that's the truth.
Any books that runs a post up shop are guarantee to not ever have to encounter stiff customers. That's a fact.
A+ Books get stiffed all the time; however in most cases it's the Agents that have to deal with this, and are responsible.
Pinnicale and Bookmaker are two of the largest Credit Books in the World! Big Big Big Business!Comment -

#49That might be your preference, and if you play with a solid book you will have no problem.
My point is that not all people that play with credit are stiffs, and EVERY "A" book deals with credit customers. This is a FACT!Comment -

#51"A" books that offers credit and uses an agent are still a bunch of stiffs because obviously those agents are using "A" books as price per head service. I know a guy that got stiffed by a local knucklehead bookie using BetPhoenix as a price per head service and he was stiffing the winners. Obviously his losing customers stiffed his ass. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out.
Again, post up over credit shop anyday! **** credit shop!
BTW, is there any way you can switch to brown type when you post so that everyone knows you're full of shit?Comment -

#52[quote=HedgeHog;6247817]Post up and credit shops are not mutually exclusive. Several top Books do both, extending huge credit lines to the most trusted players.
