Ya I am highly disappointed with my time at Bet Jamaica. I asked the lady yesterday if I needed anything else, two of them in live chat said no. That is so painful I just ended up calling, again nothing additional needed. Now they asked for ID and Bill which I sent them but again, it delays it another ******* day or two. Also, just like wagerchief, they don't call me, email me, nothing about it.

So basically you could cash out thinking you are good, leave town, come back and nothing has been done. I wish I could find a book that actually does business professionally. I am used to dealing with poker site that if there is ANY problem, they will at a bar minimum email you and ask you to follow up etc. I guess this is what you get when everything is offshore and dealing with incompetent/ non english speaking people.

EDIT: Now they transfer me around with telling me why and say I can't even request it till Monday. I will taking all my money out now. This book is ridiculous.

Ya I don't know. I didn't deposit with a cc or anything, I got a freeplay through sbr. Either way after a long chat they have many rules that are strange. You have to request M-F from 8-12 am eastern. If you do it online it's up in the air whether they actually do it at all. I just told the lady on the phone to cash out my entire balance and they did they whole offer me this or that etc. This was my first experience with them and I'm done.

i feel your pain chaoz, a lot of people give betjam all kinds of love but their customer service is garbage, when you call em sometimes you can't even understand em and when u live chat em they are slower than a BetUs payout.. add to that they want copies of ur I.D. and/or utility bill before you make a withdrawal EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T USE A CREDIT CARD TO DEPOSIT. Your best method is ** or ** unless ur talkin more than a dime than get that free check.

BetJam has by far the slowest live chat of any sportsbook I've used. They take a long time to answer simple questions

It's insane slow. I asked them if there was something wrong with their internet. Anyway when I got "daniel" he only took 2 minutes between answers unlike Nordia, etc who literally I had 12 lines of convo and it took 45 mins. I was playing cards/betting games but it still was crazy. Then I called and I couldn't even understand the lady, said everything was fine and then today I get informed I need the documents.

That is fine, I sent them but now I have to wait till Monday to even REQUEST a payout, which will surely take till Wed-Friday. Their ** and ** fees are very harsh (about 25% of payout) so I have to wait for the Fedex check. Beating the Juice is hard enough but they were evasive, not straight forward, and very uncooperative. I am looking for advice on a new book

I love live chat for one reason and that is you can record the conversation. If there is ever a discrepancy regarding what was said, you can always bring up your conversation. Very good tool.

There used to not long ago be a rep named "shayla" who worked the phones there. She is one of the nicest , most professional people I have ever encountered in OL betting.

I gotta say Im surprised by this situation, I'm sorry u had trouble getting your payut chaoz. I have been with BetJam for 2-3 yrs now and have never had a single problem with a payout, or with anything for that matter. Nothing bu friendly service and super fast payouts.

I strongly recommend you request your payouts thru **. If you request the payout M-F before noon, you get your money that very day, otherwise you get it the next day at the latest. The fees are a bit annoying, but there are fees associated with any form of payout with every sportsbook, so you may as well go with a method where you get your money the same day or only wait 1 day max.

I'm a little mystified as to the number of people that r so surprised with the fees associated with online payouts. Every sportsbook has fees, so if you r gonna wager online, you just have to come to accept this. Betjm's payouts are quick, I've never been stiffed, and the free play (with no strings attached, unlike every other sb with insane rollover req's) you get for every 100 wagers is awesome. Again I gotta go against the grain here and state that I have nothing but great things to say about Betjm.

i withdraw with betjams ** method. they're pretty fast with the control number. just make sure to have it sent to the city on your accounts address because they wont ask you later like some books do.
