I was one of the few people (at least it seemed) that had positive experiences with Bet Phoenix to this point. I decided to give them another try tonight and made a deposit by CC. I got an e-mail stating that my deposit had gone through, and to contact customer service via chat. I went into their customer service chat where I was told that their processor is down, and they need my CC number, expiration date, and the code on the back. It just seemed fishy getting the successful e-mail then being asked for that information over the internet. I don't know if I was going to get scammed or not, but it certainly felt very uncomfortable to me. I will be making sure that no charges go through on my CC.
