My guess is Greek is #1. I'd put Cris and Pinnacle up there.

Greek can do transfers in under a day - kind of like Fidelity

They always pay and they beat everyone else's lines by a mile, good enough for me.
Bookmaker #1? They call you at home and beg for deposits so I doubt it.
