Why is it that 90% of books can receive a bank wire in 0-3 days (does not matter what country) and 10% of books take 10 days and ask you to fax receipts, go to the bank and track the wire, trace the wire to make sure it went through the intermediary, etc?
I've never had a wire lost coming to me.
Does it really take 5 minutes for a wire to get to some accounts and 2 weeks to others or are the books that make it take 10 days just too lazy to check their own accounts daily?
