5dimes Customer Service hanging up on me...

I'm on the phone right now with 5dimes for the 4th time after they hung up on me the 3 times before that, what the fuqk is wrong with these people?

I'm trying to ask them about this soccer game coming up at 9:15pm EST...just tryin to figure out when its starting and why it was removed from the board early.

I put a wager on it earlier today and it was listed starting at 8:15pm...I at least deserve to know when my game fuqkin starts.

They just keep telling me hold on and are transferring me back and forth between departments...

These people are the biggest douchebag morons I've ever talked to in the industry.

For real it was to the point i thought you may be Tony or at the very least work for 5dimes until i noticed you asking for a loan in the points forum. Anytime there was a negative 5dime thread there was donkdown defending. I've been saying this for years and those calls are recorded nobody there gives a shit. They stall on payouts at timed, i've caught the cs just flat out not telling the truth countless times. keep in mind its rare i have anything bad to say about a book. but 5dimes is something else.
