US handle

In regards to the top offshore books, what percentage of the handle is US bettors as opposed to international? Anyone ever seen any research on this?

More importantly, would most of these books be able to survive without ANY betting from the US?

Pinnacle seems to be (although I guess it would be naive to think that they are not getting some action from the US)

The Euro, Asian and Aussie books (most of whom don't take US customers ?) seem to be doing okay too.
