I read this article from 2007 about BetUs and their payment processors getting indicted for money laundering(http://www.ogpaper.com/news/news-0350.html). I also read that the trial was set for the middle of 2008, but I have not been able to find any other info on this. Does anyone have any info on what the outcome of the trial was? Thanks.

I know that their lawyers filed a couple of motions to dismiss which were denied: The Wire Act didn't apply to online or sports wagering and that it violated the WTO agreement. I never heard anything about the trial or even about the trial date. But this seemed to be a fairly easy conviction with violations of the Wire Act and money laundering with a few other charges.
