not paying the winnings

Hi
I have a problem with them.
They dont want to pay my winnings
I register on 14 september, deposit 100 pounds, got a bonus of 20 pounds ( roll over of the amount I deposit was once), bet 120 pounds and won 324 pounds.
Then I request a withdrawal, and after 10 days the paid my deposit telling me that I 10 days I will receive the rest of my money, meaning 224 pounds.
I contact them when the 10 days past asking about the rest of my money but from 3 days they still dont answer to my emails and I decided to make a complaint, can't handle this situation alone.
Can you please help me?

Hi guys,

I made a withdrawal request (300 EUR) long time ago (August 29th). Fortunately two days ago (September 14th) my money were added to my moneybookers account. In the meantime a made a sportbook complaint here. I don't know if the SBR made the b247 withdraw my money but I'm pretty sure that SBR's acction in general make a lot of presion on such bad bookies like b247. Wish you luck and a lot of patience in waiting for your withdrawals.

right now I've placed 1400€ on odds higher than 2.0 but when I tried to payout the money it was not possible because of bonus requirements?!

Finally got paid. Almost 6 weeks later, and after I sent several emails and filed a complaint with SBR.
I honestly don't think its a scam, however I rather deposit in a sportsbook with lower odds but faster payouts.

Hi, I also have the same problem. On October 16 I did my first withdrawal of 106.31 GBP. The betonline247 required my passport scan. i sent it and was told that everything is OK and they will soon send me my money, but I have not received any money so far. i was so disappointed that I decided to withdraw all my money from my account in their website; so i withdrew the remaining 500 GBP on November 2nd. So I ask SBR forum to help me to receive my money.

it is simple - nobody is depositing to that scam book, so they can't pay you. you can only wait and hope some punter will be fooled into sending money there, which will hopefully secure your withdrawal.
