    BetUS withdrawl?
hey everyone, i'm new here and i have a question. I deposited $82 in my betus account via **** card and won $1,333. I sent a payout request using bank wire (i thought it was the safest way) on 12/20/07 and i called the manager and he told me the money will be in my bank in 5-7 days. Then i called a couple days later and the "manager" (different guy) told me i have to wait until 1st or 2nd week of january. But the status is still Waiting Manager Authorization. I have sent all my identification to them. How long will i have to wait now until my money is in the bank via bank wire? They said it takes a while because of the holiday season.

With BetUS a wire requested on the 20th should hit your bank by the 10th. This is not a very good book and you need to dig in and be ready for some frustration. Just keep doing what you are doing. Keep calling and calling.

Thanks SBR John, is there by any chance that the money can go to my bank before the 10th? And can you explain bank wire to me? Much Appreciated

Keep calling them and bugging them. The odds are not good that you can get the bank wire much before the 10th. It could be much later too.

Whats a bank wire? Keep winning your bets and you will become a lot more familiar with them. here is an explanation:

Bank wire transfers are often the most expedient method for transferring funds between bank accounts. A bank wire transfer is effected as follows:

The sending bank transmits a message, via a secure system (such as SWIFT or Fedwire), to the receiving bank, requesting that it effect payment according to the instructions given.
The message also includes settlement instructions. The actual transfer is not instantaneous: funds may take several hours to move from the sender's account to the receiver's account.
Either the banks involved must hold a reciprocal account with each other, or the payment must be sent to a bank with such an account, a correspondent bank, for further benefit to the ultimate recipient.

Reminds me of that lame excuse they used last year during the holiday season. They claimed last year that they couldn't process withdraws during the holiday season or something like that.

Anyways, It usually is taking anywhere from 2-3 weeks these days for people to get paid from BetUS. So my advice would be the same as John's and keep calling them up and asking where your check is. Or you can always fill out a complaint form, and one of us will inquire on your behalf to them.
