SBR doesn't have a monopoly on the concept of bookie rating
I play at (and am quite comfortable doing so) several books which don't even make SBR's list
Plus at least one (Matchbook) which is rated lower than B+, though I won't let my balance get too large there
And I'd have more concern about a couple which are rated B+

many people like the lower rated sites because sometimes the lines can be off by a few points, but that is the risk you take better chances of winning ,but risk on the payout side, as Hareeba mentioned there are many sites which aren't ranked and are very good and some highly ranked where people have trouble at
the only unranked site i use is parlaymakers, i have found them to be very good so far
