Incompetent retards working their live chat. I just wanted to ask a simple question about reload bonuses, and it took her 3 minutes to ask for my mother's maiden name and city I was born in.

I gave the answers in the reverse order of how she asked me and then she said my answer was incorrect.

yep... i can answer the question for you... NO they dont have reload bonuses, but if you want 10% your going to have to get in a heated argument on the live chat... eventually say "just anwser my god damned question!!! not your prewrttien by management copy and paste thing"... eventually they say sorry for the inconvenience and give you the bonus.....

I would never play at Bodog.....and a lot has to do with the name....how did u guys decide to play at BODOG with all the books out there?

Middle of the road customer service at Bodog. They seem to answer pretty quickly, while it may not be the answer you are looking for, it is quick.

With the Greek customer service being higher quality and Full Tilt Poker being the lowest, Bodog is nestled in the middle

no one can be worse than bet jamaicas live chat... its not that they cant be helpful... you have about a 1 in 5 shot to actually having an operator connect to the chat.

some live chat reps are excellent, right to the point and answer the questions directly... others are horrible, not anwsering questions, saying hold on for 15 mins, using copy/paste answers...
