5dimes withdrawal question

I use credit card to deposit at 5 dimes...2months ago it took awhile to send them info they need, finally got a withdrawal from them....now, i made a withdrawal request this week, and they tell me my request has been declined because i need to send in more paper work..any one getting asked to send in new ccard authorization forms from them?

what are they requesting? I use 5 dimes and I use ** only. And they use different processor for ** deposits and payouts. It could not be them and possibly be a 3rd party

they're requesting an authorization form that i sent 2months ago for the same credit card ..they're saying it's a new form...
