I also emailed them 4 times yesterday and they have decided not to reply to my emails now. I complimented Jon earlier for his customer service I now take that back because he blatantly lied to me

i dont know how much timothy is owed but i was stuck for 3,500 that i deposited over a 4 year period.i was treated with the up most respect until the shit hit the fan.i think in timothys situation he was nice.if i wish i could have ripped the heart out of esb,and until you are owed money in the thousands you sir need to shut the **** up,until you are in the same mess.ive found out to keep that kind of money in the greek,bookmaker,bet jam,and five dimes.just remember how you would feel if you put your hard earn money in a book and they told you the supervisor was out,and when he was in he was to damn busy.the worst problemis the pepole who answer knows something if not the whole.if other people are calling about the same problem a light bulb should show up.

ok, i got that part wrong, but the most important part about you being an arsehole to the customer service stays as your chat log indicates, proving not only that you are indeed a twat, but your statement about the customer service being rubbish is also crap as i would have told you to GFY pretty sharpish if you spoke to me like that unlike the person who had to talk to you, and i know a bit about the charging process, if it has been charged but not claimed by the bookmaker, it will take up to 10 days before the charge drops off and you can use your balance again, which in your case i hope is the full 10 days.

I made my first withdraw with them and after a little hassling with the identification process all went well. I cleared up the i.d. process and had a check within 3 business days for $2500 via FedEx.

At first frizzelli, I thought you were a little harsh. It takes time, a couple of days at most, for a charge sometimes to be reversed and everything cleared. However over a week now!! That is total bs!

Frizzelli, you have been wronged and need to fill out a complaint with SBR. This should have been taken care of by now. I really hope this gets resolved for you.

Finally got my money 15 days after depositing with a ******* **. I know i was a little harsh with their customer care but i was lied to over and over again

I know that now but i was just curious to why they refused to fill the form out and fax it to my ** company which they could of clear the voided transaction instantly.

Ah, well, that makes sense then. In my days of dealing with retail merchant accounts there were no prepaid cards, although they certainly were around when I owned a bar, but I would open the tab with a $25 charge and then adjust the charge at the end of night, which in theory would void the original charge. Now that I think about it the bank cards always kept the first charge and the adjusted charge active. Meaning I would get calls from people saying we double charged them. Yes, I remember now, I would always start the conversation with, "This is a bank card, isn't it." They always said yes. I would inform them that some banks will keep the charge on there for up to 5 business days. It was only some banks, not all. Anyway, I guess prepaid's have a little different rules and they probably vary somewhat from card to card.

Now, my question would be, Sportsinteraction should have known this from the beginning, I am sure this would not be the first incident. So, why didn't they just come out and say what you said Justin?

Actually when I spoke to Jon from accounting he promised me it would only take 3-5 days max to be perfectly honest with you. So i guess they did nothing wrong when they promised a customer something and that promise was not fulfilled.
