matchbooks live chat is just the worst

at least BetJamaica takes phone calls. if you are not going to take phone calls you better have a pretty decent live chat. they stink.

i love them and i need them but there customer service is so bad and deposit options so limited that they are not an "A" book. cant blame sbr here. im trying to transfer them money (book to book) and its like pulling teeth.

do you get through every time? its like 50-50 at best for me. twice today i was left for close to 10 minutes without hearing back from the agent in our chat. 5dimes livechat is 1000 times more effiecient and helpful. i dont see how anyone can argue otherwise.

What's the problem?

Their book to book transfers are smooth and fast; usually a couple hours or less. You need to send an email to their accounting department, I don't believe they do it over livechat.

And customer service should be far far below safety of funds and line prices in a serious ranking.

still betjm's chat is the worst.. taking phonecalls doesnt cange their chat

taking phone calls does change the chat because there is another way to contact them. matchbook tells me not to call them then has just an awful live chat experience nearly every time.

I like the book.., but this sounds bad....
