Books for Live MLB Betting

I'd like to try and get a book for live wagering. Right now I'm just interested in MLB, although I'm sure I'll want to use it for other sports as well. I'm in the USA, so Pinny and Bet365 is no good. I'd appreciate any help anybody could give.

What funding options do you guys use for funding to Matchbook from the US? I've tried using a credit card to SIA before but it's been declined so I'm not sure if it would work for this.

5dimes offers it on games that are on ESPN or Fox I believe.
