you can do better at matchbook with 1 cent, and no worry about winning whatsoever.

Matchbook for sure as that is the cheapest if you are only interested in the spreads. Maybe keep an eye out for rebatewager's/blackie's exchange if that ever takes off too.

Betpheonix has (-105) on all NBA & NFL lines for spreads/totals.

You can get the same lines as Pinnacle at Parlaymakers with decent limits. So for the NFL it will actually be at a base of about -104 for spreads and -105 for totals.
