    bet royal still sucks!!...
although i have defended these clowns in the past, i now have to say this outfit is ridiculously bad.
when they switched my account to the "new" betroyal managed by sbg, my pending futures bets were changed to manual tickets.
    fine.
when baseball season was over, i called and they "found" my manual winners like cubs nl central, arod hr champ. winnings were posted.

but now they can no longer find the rest of my manual tickets. one was a winner on jimmie johnson to win nascar, i also have colts super bowl.

i give up with these jokers, it's not even worth the time for someone at sbr or eog to contact them because their heads are up their collective asses over there.

I take it that you don't have your ticket numbers written down and or screen shots of what you wagered on?

With books like royal you HAVE to screen shoot everything. Yes it's a pain but I have said and so has dan that's huge when you have a dispute. I know when they moved from "Royal" to "SBG" I had some wagers disappear and the screen shots saved everything and it was eventually sorted. They are a D book for a reason, do yourself a favour and keep good notes with those books.

I have yet not to get something resolved with them by sending he screen shot.

PS I would never tie up money on a long term future with them anyways.

Royal was better when they were alone, I have no clue anymore.

i agree i should've taken screen shots or written down ticket numbers. but i'm not sure that would've helped me anyway, since they still wouldn't be able to "find" them.

the money was free plays that were put to better use on futures (rollover requirement) - otherwise there is no way i would play there with any significant $.

i had no problems when chester was taking care of problems over there. now i would avoid this book like it's contaminated-cause it is!

Don't avoid them. Play their weak lines only, they do have some very weak lines at times. And immediately take out your winnings. Keep only a small amount in there and when you do need to place a bet on a week line make a deposit just for that purpose and immediately make a withdrawal if you win.

I want every gambler in every forum on the internet to do this. MUUUUWAAAAHHHHHAAAAAAAHHHHAAAAAAAA
