First congrats! No offense, but why didn't you just ask them when you asked for your payout? The CS is awesome, and you could even go online chat to get the info you need. It all depends on what payout method you asked for, and also how you previously deposited. I like calling at lunch, and having cash in hand right after work.

I don't mean early for you, I mean early for the folks in Jamaica. 03:00 is early or could be late, depending how you look at it.

I wish there customer service was open 24 hours a day, like 5dimes and the Cris family of books. But BetJamaica payouts are one of the fastest!

i just got the money but have a problem not with betjam, when i deposit the conversion was 1,27 so when i withdraw 410 dolars i would have recieved 322 euros, but i received 309, because moneybookers conversion, do you know a mail of moneybookers where they answer quick because here in Spain they are very slowly answering, and do you know any solution to not happen this in the future?

you'll always have conversion costs and currency exchange variations if your accounts are in different currencies

I try to use USD fo all my accounts and thus avoid the problem as much as possible, so only pay the cost when depositing or withdrawing from Moneybookers.

I tried a while back to set up with Bjam, and they insisted on a copy of DL, but since i never deposit with a credit card, I hesitated and declined to open an account. I was under the impression that all acounts had to provide i.d. Has this since changed?
